Shipping + Delivery

Resouled is committed to ensuring your orders are dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. Our shipping options are designed to suit your needs, and we offer a range of delivery methods to accommodate different locations and preferences.

Our courier of choice is Australia Post. We’ve also partnered with ReforestNow to plant new trees to offset shipping and postage.

Please note that delivery times are dependent on our carriers and may be impacted by external factors such as weather. All delivery times are quoted in working days and calculated from the day after dispatch.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same day.

All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.

Standard Delivery

The estimated delivery times provided at checkout are just that – an estimate. They’re there to help you get an idea on what day your orders are expected to be delivered, giving you peace of mind. 

That being said, standard delivery times are generally:

  • Same state: 2-4 business days
  • Interstate & regional: 3-6 business days

WA friends: Please allow an extra 2 - 4 days on top of the times listed. We've noticed deliveries have sometimes taken a little longer, and we don't want you to feel left out!

We offer Free AU Standard Shipping on orders $175+ 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.  

Separate shipments

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Worldwide shipping

At this moment in time, we are only shipping within Australia. Our intention is to offer worldwide shipping in the near future!

Separate shipments

We do cover lost or damaged orders while in transit, before they are confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Once the courier confirms delivery, shipping protection does not cover stolen packages.

Please also note that your transaction is protected by our buyer protection program, our policy lasts 30 days after you physically receive the product, so if the goods are damaged or not as described, you will be compensated 100% (provided they are in their original condition and packaging).
