Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For change of mind, or for products that aren't damaged on arrival - return shipping will be chargeable to the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@resouled.com.au
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:
- Sale items
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The returned item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Once the item is received, inspected by us and a refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Gifts
If the item was sent to you as a gift (and you have purchaser details or receipt) we can offer you an easy return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you via email. Please contact us first at contact@resouled.com.au. Alternatively, the purchaser can contact us.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
