  1. What makes your products sustainable? - Our products are made from responsibly sourced materials like upcycled glass, reclaimed waste teak root, and natural fibres. We prioritise low-impact manufacturing, ethical craftsmanship, and long-lasting design. for a truely green supply chain.
  2. Are your products plastic-free?- Yes. We're committed to eliminating plastics from our entire product line - including packaging. 
  3. Where are your products made?- For this current range we are partnering with skilled artisans in Indonesia.
  4. Are your products food-safe and non-toxic? - Absolutely. All kitchen and dining items meet Australian safety standards and are free from harmful chemicals, coatings, and toxins.
  5. How do I care for natural materials like teak or linen? - Each product comes with individual material care instructions. Generally, gentle warm water handwashing, oil conditioning (for wood), and air-drying (for fabrics) will prolong the life of your items.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Where do you ship? - We ship Australia-wide, with standard, express and all being carbon-neutral delivery options which are available at checkout. We provide a free shipping threshold of only $175. Stay tuned N.Z. we are working on it. 
  2. Do you offer same-day delivery? - Yes! For selected Sydney Metro postcodes, we offer fast EV delivery options that reduce environmental impact and we can say HI if you're home. Order must be received by 12pm to have it delivered same day. 
  3. How is your packaging sustainable? - We use 100% recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable packaging— we will never have any plastic, bubble wrap, or fillers.
  4. When will my order arrive? - Express delivery takes 2–4 business days within Australia. Standard delivery takes 3-10 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your returns policy? - We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery for unused items in original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 
  2. What if my item arrives damaged? - We'll make it right. Just contact us (Contact@resouled.com.au) within 7 days with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Sustainability & Ethics

  1. What are your carbon offset practices? - We offset emissions from every postage delivery by partnering in verified Australian carbon reduction projects. We have a seperate partnership with Reforest now to offset the international shipping container.
  2. How do you support local or artisan communities? - We work only with fair trade or independently verified suppliers. This enables us to build long term partnerships that will elevate those communities.

General & Contact

  1. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages? - Not necessarily, though we love our minimalistic packaging and there will be a personal message to the customer.
